BENZOE SIAM is a natural resin used for thousands of years in religious ceremonies, in homes, as incense and as medicine. It is characterized by intense, strongly sweet, milky, oriental fragrance. In the past it was valued for its numerous medicinal properties. It was used as an antidepressant, disinfectant and antibiotic. Today, in addition to the production of incense, it is often used in the perfume industry.
To make incense the resin should be poured on a lit charcoal.
