Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a full refund on the cost of the product minus postage costs.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date of delivery.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging and must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or confirmation. Please contact us if you would to make a return.

Products that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Personalized items are not refundable except in case of product or printing defect.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Damaged or Faulty Products:

If you receive any products in your order that are damaged in transit or are faulty, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return and replacement.

Trade account holders:

Sales to account holders for re-sale purposes are firm sale, and non-returnable. For damaged in transit or faulty products claims, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return and credit or return and replacement. Please contact us.
