You may return most products within 21 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return

Returned items must be new, unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Personalized, custom-made, used, worn, or altered products cannot be returned unless defective.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility; delivery fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (damaged or defective product), return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return.
