The fabric used for the chasuble is airy, resistant to creasing and soiling, and suitable for standard washing and ironing. These characteristics make it practical and suitable for frequent use. The quality of the fabrics used largely helps preserve the color and shade of the chasuble.

In the center of the chasuble is a belt with the liturgical embroidery of the IHS made with gold metallized thread, which adds to the vestment's liturgical character.
