Orders

How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Contact us immediately at office@bestcatholicshop.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to modify it. Custom/personalized orders cannot be modified once production begins.

How can I check my order status?

You will receive email updates at each stage: order confirmation, shipping notification with tracking number, and delivery confirmation. Track your shipment using the tracking number provided.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Before shipment: Yes, free cancellation. Contact us at office@bestcatholicshop.com.
  • After shipment: Subject to our Returns Policy. Return shipping costs apply.
  • Custom/personalized items: Cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (via Stripe)
  • PayPal: Pay with your PayPal account or as guest
  • Bank Transfer: International SWIFT/IBAN (payment due within 7 days)

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant connections by PayPal and Stripe. We use SSL encryption. We do not store your card details.

What currency are prices in?

All prices are displayed in USD (US Dollars). Your bank may convert to your local currency at their exchange rate.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs. We do not ship to countries under international sanctions (Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, etc.).

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:

  • Poland: 1-5 business days
  • EU: 2-10 business days
  • UK: 2-14 business days
  • USA: 3-21 business days (express or economy)
  • Canada, Australia: 5-28 business days
  • Rest of world: 7-35 business days

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number and carrier information.

Customs & Duties

Will I have to pay customs duties?

Orders shipped within the EU include VAT — no additional customs fees.

Non-EU customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees. These are collected by the carrier upon delivery. See our Customs & Duties page for country-specific information.

What about US customs?

Important: As of August 29, 2025, the US has suspended the $800 de minimis exemption. All shipments to the US are now subject to customs duties and formal entry, regardless of value. See our Customs & Duties page for details.

Do you declare the correct value?

Yes. We declare the actual order value on all shipments for customs purposes. Marking as "gift" does not exempt from duties in most countries.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You may return most products within 21 days of receipt. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. See our Returns Policy for full details.

How do I return an item?

Email office@bestcatholicshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm within 2 business days. Ship returns to: Cicha 2, 83-050 Lublewo Gdańskie, Poland.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Report within 48 hours of delivery. Email photos of damage to office@bestcatholicshop.com. We will arrange replacement or refund.

Sizing

How do I know my size for vestments?

See our Size Guide for detailed measurement instructions and size charts for chasubles, albs, and stoles. Measurements are provided in both centimeters and inches.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes. Many vestments can be made to measure. Contact us at office@bestcatholicshop.com with your measurements for a custom order quote.

Products

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We source from reputable artisans and manufacturers, primarily in Poland — a country with a long tradition of liturgical craftsmanship. Each product meets strict quality standards.

Do you offer personalization?

Yes. Many vestments can be personalized with embroidery (names, dates, symbols). Personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
