1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through BestCatholicShop.com, operated by DEWO GROUP Małgorzata Bałdyga - Słonina. By placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Customer Obligations

The customer is obliged to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and delivery information
  • Pay the order amount within the specified timeframe
  • Not use the store for purposes contrary to law or these regulations

3. Order Placement

Orders can be placed 24/7 through our website. A purchase contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment: Free cancellation. Contact us at office@bestcatholicshop.com to cancel.
  • After shipment: Subject to our Returns Policy. Return shipping costs apply.
  • Non-cancellable items: Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes. Payment methods include:

  • Bank transfer (international SWIFT/IBAN)
  • PayPal
  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe

Payment is due immediately for card and PayPal orders. Bank transfer orders must be paid within 7 days.

6. Delivery

We ship worldwide except to countries subject to international sanctions or embargo (including but not limited to: Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Crimea region).

Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or force majeure events.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU law, customers have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods. To exercise this right, inform us via email at office@bestcatholicshop.com.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Sealed items that have been opened

8. Returns and Complaints

Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information.

Damaged or Defective Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Email photos of damage to office@bestcatholicshop.com. We reserve the right to request return of damaged items for inspection before issuing refund or replacement.

Restocking Fee: Items valued over $200 may be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the current retail price.

9. Final Sale Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

10. Product Disclaimer

Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and photography lighting. Product dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to handmade nature of many items.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. If you receive a product that differs significantly from the description, please contact us.

11. Warranty

Products may carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Contact us for specific warranty information. Warranties do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestCatholicShop.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from:

  • Use or inability to use products purchased
  • Delays in delivery
  • Errors in product descriptions or pricing
  • Any third-party actions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Government actions, sanctions, or trade restrictions
  • Carrier strikes or logistics disruptions
  • Customs delays or regulatory changes

14. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we encourage customers to contact us first at office@bestcatholicshop.com to seek an amicable resolution.

If informal resolution fails:

  • EU Consumers: You may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  • Mediation: We are open to mediation through recognized consumer dispute resolution bodies
  • Courts: Failing alternative resolution, disputes shall be resolved by Polish courts

15. Intellectual Property

All content on BestCatholicShop.com, including images, descriptions, logos, and design, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or use without permission is prohibited.

16. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. By placing an order, you consent to processing of your personal data for order fulfillment purposes.
