1. Definitions

• Customer: Any individual or entity placing an order in the store.
• Goods: Products offered for sale at BestCatholicShop.com.
• Order: The customer request for goods made via the store website.

2. General Provisions

These terms govern all purchases made on BestCatholicShop.com. The online store is operated by DEWO GROUP in Poland.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed online. A sales contract is concluded upon receipt of an order confirmation email. Payment can be made by PayPal or credit/debit card.

4. Delivery

Delivery time is typically 7–21 business days from the order date.

5. Returns

Most products may be returned within 21 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, in original packaging. Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Customs & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or local import fees as required by law in their country. If you fail to pay these charges resulting in the shipment being refused or returned, you are not entitled to a refund.
