The Miraculous Image of Our Lady of Aglona is located in the Basilica of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Aglona, Latvia. The image of the Blessed Virgin Mary is often referred to as the-Presiding with the Flower. An unknown artist painted the picture; its creation dates back to the 17th century. The Mother of God is seated on a throne, holding the infant Jesus on her lap. Golden stars can be seen on her clothing, and she has a rose with three branches in her left hand. The sanctuary that houses the Miraculous Image is often called the “Latvian Czestochowa.”
